Concrete, human, and realistic commitments

I stand before you with a program anchored in the daily reality of Algerians living abroad. My goal is simple: to defend your rights, facilitate your administrative procedures, support your projects, and ensure the diaspora is recognized as an essential force for Algeria.

This program is built on a deep conviction: every Algerian living far from their country deserves to be heard, respected, and represented with integrity. Zone 7 is not just a geographic spot on a map; it is a responsibility that I want to carry with you and for you.

My 8 priorities for action

My 8 priorities for action

My priorities address the realities of our community: administrative procedures, the connection with Algeria, cultural transmission, solidarity, the economy, family, youth, and the defense of our causes. These are not slogans, but on-the-ground commitments.

01. Rights & administrations

I want to simplify, humanize, and modernize consular procedures. Passports, civil status documents, powers of attorney, legalizations: these procedures must no longer be an obstacle course for our compatriots.

02. Investment & returning home

I want to facilitate investments by Algerians abroad in Algeria, remove administrative, fiscal, and banking obstacles, and support those who wish to contribute to the country's development.

03. Identity & culture

I want to support the creation of a high-quality Algerian Cultural Center in Brussels, worthy of our history, our heritage and our identity, with a strong place for Arabic, Tamazight and transmission to younger generations.

04. Solidarity & protection

I want to advocate for concrete solidarity for the most vulnerable Algerians, including those in an undocumented situation. No compatriot should be abandoned in the face of administrative, social, or human difficulties.

05. Economy & entrepreneurship

I want to unlock the economic potential of the diaspora by supporting entrepreneurs, SMEs, startup founders, and Algerian talents in Zone 7 who want to create useful projects with Algeria.

06. Family & social

I want to defend families, support the elderly, assist women with their administrative steps, and simplify the procedures that all too often separate loved ones between Algeria and abroad.

07. Youth

I want to build concrete bridges between diaspora youth and Algeria: university exchanges, professional opportunities, community projects, civic engagement, and passing on our roots.

08. Diplomacy & National Causes

I want to proudly champion our causes at the heart of Europe, defend the image, sovereignty, and dignity of Algeria, and strengthen the bond between our country and European institutions.

Responding to the realities of the diaspora

My program starts from a simple observation: the diaspora must no longer be considered a distant force or a reserve of votes. It must be recognized as a living, competent community, attached to Algeria and capable of contributing to its future.

Listening to the field: I want to build my action based on your realities, your difficulties and your proposals.

Taking concrete action: my role will be to transform the issues raised by the community into cases that are followed up, defended, and presented to the institutions.

Accountability: I want to maintain a regular connection with Algerians in Zone 7, before, during, and after the election.
